All over the globe and here at home, Ben & Jerry’s is offering free ice cream as part of “Free Cone Day.” In our area, you can get a free cone and have a chance to donate to the 2012 Ryan’s Run campaign which benefits Allied Services.
Allied is a non-profit organization that helps kids and adults with disabilities. Ryan’s Run involves WNEP-TV’s Ryan Leckey taking part in the ING New York City Marathon this fall. Ryan’s Run raises funds for Allied to help people with disabilities in Northeastern & Central Pennsylvania.
