Overnight Sprouted Cereal

Essential Eating sprouted foods guru Janie Quinn shares a recipe for an amazingly delicious sprouted cereal recipe.  Sprouted grains digest like a vegetable so, your body can process them, without losing any nutrients.

Overnight Sprouted Cereal

Ingredients
1 cup Essential Eating Sprouted Cereal
1/4 cup chia seeds (optional)
1/4 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup yogurt
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 banana, cut int cubes or other fresh fruit.
Directions
In a glass bowl with lid, combine all ingredients except banana and mix well.  Gently fold in banana.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.  Serve cold or heated.  Add extra fruit or top with yogurt to taste.
