Essential Eating sprouted foods guru, Janie Quinn shares a recipe for an amazingly delicious and healthy sprouted cereal recipe.  Sprouted grains digest like a vegetable so your body can process them, without losing any nutrients.

Hot Sprouted Cereal

Ingredients
1/3 cup Essential Eating Sprouted Cereal
1 cup water

Directions
Add cereal to water and bring to a boil on medium heat.  Stir occasionally.  Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes.  (Optional:   Add a dash of salt.  Serve with maple, syrup, raisins or yogurt.)
