The judge in the trial of former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky has pushed back the trial by about three weeks.
The trial is now scheduled to begin on June 5.
It was originally set to begin in mid-May.
A pre-trial hearing is still scheduled for next week. The judge plans to rule on defense requests to sequester the jury and suppress some evidence, among other issues.
Prosecutors in Centre County said Sandusky, who served on Penn State’s coaching staff for more than two decades, sexually abused ten boys.
