A 73-year-old man from Monroe County is accused of selling methamphetamine.
The U.S. Attorney charged Samuel Allen of Kunkletown Tuesday with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
If convicted Allen faces at least 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $10 million.
