A man accused of abusing a toddler in Northumberland County admitted he is guilty.
Jason Philhower and his girlfriend, April Baker of Sunbury, were charged in January with hurting Philhower’s two-year-old son.
Philhower pleaded guilty to reckless endangering.
According to police, the child was assaulted at a home in Sunbury.
