A man from Northumberland County is locked up, accused of raping his former girlfriend.
Investigators said the attack happened at the woman’s home in late November.
Benjamin Scheller, 34, was arrested Tuesday in Sunbury. Police said he went to his former girlfriend’s home, pulled a gun on her, tied her up and fired his gun into the roof before raping the woman.
Scheller is in jail on $250,000 on rape, sexual assault and other charges.
