A man from Lycoming County is awaiting sentencing after he was found guilty of shooting two dogs.
Randy Feigles said he shot the dogs last May because they were a threat.
The prosecution argued that with each dog only weighing 20 pounds Feigles had other options than to shoot the dogs, killing one and wounding the other.
Jurors in Lycoming County found Feigles guilty Tuesday on two counts of animal cruelty.
