A man from Stroudsburg admits responsibility for two pipe bomb incidents in Monroe County.
Matthew VanOrden pleaded guilty to a charge of illegally having destructive devices.
VanOrden and Zachary Dougher, also of Stroudsburg, were accused of setting off the pipe bombs in two different locations in Stroudsburg last March and April.
Dougher was previously sentenced to 20 months in prison.
