Bolus Insurance Fraud Trial Begins

The insurance fraud trial for a Scranton businessman started Monday in Lackawanna County.

Bob Bolus is accused of filing a false claim for too much money stemming from a March, 2009 crash.

Prosecutors claim Bolus exaggerated the total damage to one of his vehicles.

Bolus owns a towing company and believes the charges are politically motivated.
