Two Plead Guilty to Involuntary Manslaughter

Two men pleaded guilty Friday to involuntary manslaughter in Lackawanna County.

Ronald Dean and Joseph Powell admitted attacking Rene Rosario in a parking lot along North Main Avenue in Scranton last October.

Investigators said the assault led to Rosario’s death.
