A man is locked up on drug charges in Scranton.
Investigators said over the past few months they have made several drug buys from Rhiad Belford of Scranton.
Officers arrested Belford Thursday during a traffic stop on Pittston Avenue.
Investigators said they found 12 bags of heroin, marijuana and nearly $5,000 inside Belford’s car.
