A man from Susquehanna County is accused of raping a woman in his home.
Robert Gorton, 41 of Susquehanna is charged with rape, aggravated indecent assault and related crimes.
Police said had sex with a woman who was not mentally able to make her own decisions.
The woman’s family reported the crime to state police last month.
