Police have one man in custody after a late-night homicide in Lycoming County.
It happened in the 1000 block of Franklin Street in Williamsport around 10:30 p.m. Monday.
Police said William Kemp, 32, shot and killed a 42-year-old man after a fight.
The victim’s name has not been released.
Officers tell us they found a handgun on the ground near Kemp that they believe was used in the shooting.
Kemp was arraigned on homicide charges Tuesday morning in Williamsport.
