Double Homicide in Susquehanna County

State police confirmed that there was a double homicide in Great Bend Township in Susquehanna County.

Two bodies were found at the scene along Pine Ayre Road in Great Bend Township.

One of the victims is Joshua David Rogers, 30, of New Milford. The other victim’s name is not being released yet.

According to investigators, both men were found along the road this afternoon. A neighbor called 911.

Another neighbor said she heard gunshots in the area.

Troopers said, Lloyd Richard Thomas, 45, of Hallstead is in custody for the homicide.
