A man accused of breaking into a woman’s home in Schuylkill County last fall was found not guilty of all the charges against him.
A jury acquitted Mark Tutko Tuesday in Schuylkill County court.
Tutko was arrested in October after police said he broke into a home in Shenandoah on September 24 by removing an air conditioner from a window. Police said the woman who lived in the house was awakened by Tutko calling her name and rubbing her leg.
The jury found Tutko not guilty of all charges, including burglary, criminal trespass and stalking.
