Double-block Home Damaged by Flames

A fire in Schuylkill County left two families out in the cold.

Crews responded to a duplex in the 600 block of Kennedy Drive in McAdoo around 7 p.m. Sunday.

One family was home when the flames started. They all got out safely.

Firefighters said both sides of the home are heavily damaged.

Investigators have not determined a cause.
