A driver now faces homicide charges after a deadly crash in Union County.
Authorities charged Christopher Wirth of Hartleton for causing a deadly crash last month on Route 235 near Mifflinburg.
Police said he was driving under the influence.
A passenger in Wirth’s car died in the crash.
