Gun Shop Theft Under Investigation

Police in Luzerne County are searching for the thieves who stole a dozen guns.

Police tell us that three men used a rock to smash a glass door at Gun Hippo around 4 a.m. Sunday.

The shop is along Wyoming Avenue in Kingston.

Officers said 10 handguns and ammunition were taken.

Investigators tell us that a rock was thrown through the window of the building next door to the gun shop three weeks ago.

Police in Luzerne County have not said if the crimes are related.
