A man is behind bars in Schuylkill County, charged with raping two young boys.
Police arrested Clark Mead, 28, of Mcadoo on Thursday.
Mead is accused of sexually assaulting the boys five years ago, when the children were just four and five years old.
Investigators said the rapes happened while Mead was babysitting the boys.
