A man from Lycoming County faces charges he sexually assaulted a mentally challenged woman for years.
Kerry Horn, 30, of Cogan Station was arrested Wednesday.
He is charged with rape, sexual assault and indecent assault.
"This came to our attention at the end of December. A relative from out of state phoned us about some abuse she suspected," said Sergeant Christopher Kriner with Old Lycoming Township Police.
The alleged victim told police Horn forced her to have sex with him against her will.
Investigators said Horn admitted sexually assaulting the woman since 1995, saying he would talk her into it and bribe her by promising to buy lunch.
"Obviously very wrong," added Sgt. Kriner. "She's mentally challenged and taken advantage of, so very serious charges."
Horn is locked up on $40,000 bail.
