One person is dead, and two others were flown to the hospital after an early morning crash in Union County.
It happened just after 2 a.m. Saturday on Route 235, near Palmden Road outside of Mifflinburg.
State police said the driver of the car was speeding then lost control of the vehicle, striking several trees.
The crash threw the driver and passenger Allison Vonneida of Hartleton from the vehicle.
She died at the scene.
The driver and another passenger were flown to Geisinger near Danville.
Troopers are investigating the crash.
