Police believe they have the man who robbed a bank in Scranton. They said he confessed to Tuesday’s crime.
Scranton police arrested Sean Dougherty, 41, from Taylor around 10 p.m. Thursday as he was leaving his home.
Cops said Dougherty admitted to robbing Wells Fargo on Meadow Avenue just before 3 p.m. Tuesday.
Police said the man threatened that he had a bomb before making off with cash from the bank.
Dougherty faces robbery and terroristic threat charges.
