Charges Expected in Deadly Crash

Police in Luzerne County said a fiery crash Wednesday afternoon is now a case of homicide by vehicle.

Investigators said a pick-up truck illegally passed other vehicles on Route 11 near Berwick when it crashed into a car.

Rachel Wolfe, 84, of Berwick died in the fiery crash.

Theodore Luciw, also of Berwick, was behind the wheel of the pick-up truck.

Police said charges are expected to be filed after the devastating crash.
