2 large eggs

1/4 cup Yogurt Cheese

1 1/4 cup water

3 tablespoons melted butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 3/4 cups quinoa flour

1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)

1 tablespoon baking powder


In a large mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add Yogurt Cheese, water, melted butter, syrup, and vanilla.

Mix until smooth. Add the remaining dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix well. Follow waffle

iron instructions for cooking. Adjust consistency of batter by adding more water or flour as needed.

Serve with butter and maple syrup.
