Pasta – linguini or spaghetti 2 oz. butter

2 oz. shrimp

2 oz. scallops

1 tsp. green onion

1 tsp. garlic

2 shots of Tobasco sauce

2 tbl. white wine

2 tbl. lemon juice

1/2 cp diced tomatoes.

Cook pasta.

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and scallops. Saute’ until they become transparent. When they are halway cooked add the rest of the ingredients, leaving the tomatoes for last. Pour over pasta.
