Rohrbach’s Pumpkin Bread

3 1/2 c Flour

2 t. baking soda

1 1/2 t. salt

1 tsp. Cloves

1 t. cinnamon

1/2 T. baking powder

2/3 cup margarine

2 2/3 c sugar

4 eggs

1 (16 oz. pumpkin)

2/3 c water

2/3 chopped nuts

2/3 raisins

Cream margarine and sugar add eggs pumpkin and water. Stir in nuts and raisins.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes until tooth pick comes out clean.

Makes 6-8 small loaves.
