Pumpkin Ravioli

Sweet Potatoes- cut up and Boiled (approx. 2-3) 1 can pumpkin filling salt nutmeg cinnamon Parmesean cheese eggroll skins eggwash mixture

Mix together Pumpkin pie filling, cut up and boiled sweet potatoes, 2-3 tablespoons of parm cheese, a pinch of salt, a pinch of nutmeg, 1 1/2 tablespoons of cinnamon.

Scoop tablespoon of mixture into egg roll dough. Brush on eggwash to help skins stick together. Put in boiling water until cooked.

Melt butter, add sage and roasted pecans, and pour over raviolis.
