MaZar’s Bridge View Restaurant

Traditional Baked Scampi Dishes • Seafood (salmon filet, haddock, catfish, ocean whitefish, shrimp, cubed lobster, scallops, etc.) • Chicken (tenderloins or strips of breast – approximately 6 to 8 ounces of chicken or seafood per person) • MaZAR’s Scampi Sauce (2 to 3 ounces per person) • Plain bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Toss uncooked seafood or chicken in bread crumbs. Lay evenly in edged sheet pan. Slowly melt MaZAR’s Scampi Sauce in small pan (sauce may separate). Stir continuously while ladling evenly over uncooked entrée. Bake 10 to 15 minutes uncovered.

We served ours over wild rice with mixed vegetables. This dish can be served over a blend of pasta.

Seafood Pierogies (suggested size per person) • 3 oz. MaZAR’s Garlic Butter Blend • 3 oz. bay scallops • 3 shrimp (split) • 6 pierogies • 4 oz. baby spinach • 2 oz. mushrooms • 7 grape tomatoes (split) Melt MaZAR’s Garlic Butter Blend in sauté pan. Add bay scallops and shrimp. Let cook for a minute or two. Add pierogies (thawed). Add mushrooms, cook for 1 more minute. Add spinach, cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes, cook 1 minute. ENJOY!!
