Gingerbread Scones

8 cups Flour

1 1/3 cups Butter Cubed

1 cup sugar

2 tablespoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon

3 tablespoons ground ginger

2 cups heavy cream

4 eggs

2 tablespoons vanilla

2 oz. Molasses

Egg Wash

1 egg

1 tablespoon Milk

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Rub butter into flour until coarse breadcrumb consistency: add sugar, baking powder, salt and spices, mix until combined. Add heavy cream, eggs, vanilla, molasses and make smooth dough. Do not over mix. Whisk egg and mild to make egg wash. Roll out 3/4 inch thick and cut into shapes. Brush with egg wash and bake 17-20 minutes.
