4 cups flour
6 large eggs beaten
4 cups cornmeal
salt and pepper
green tomatoes
Dip each tomato in flour, then the egg mixture, followed by the cornmeal. Fry and add salt and pepper to taste.
Corn Relish for Fried Green Tomatoes
Red Onion- l large diced
Red Cabbage- 1/3 head diced
Red Pepper – 2 diced
Corn – 1/2 bag frozen, sauteed until thawed
Herbs- Parsley, oregano, basil
2 tbl. canola oil
3 cups mayonnaise
Mix ingredients together and refridgerate.
