Crab Ravioli Recipe,
Pasta Dough 2 cups flour 3 eggs pinch salt
Need Dough together to from a soft dough and let rest for 30 minutes and roll out
Filling
1 1/2 cups of ricotta 1 cup crab meat 3 tablespoons of green onion salt and pepper Zest of one Lemon mix all ingredients together
Sauce 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil 1/2 teaspoon of chilies 1/2 head of Raddico 3 Tablespoons Green Onion 2 Cloves of garlic sliced
Take rolled out pasta dough and filling and shape into raviolis Bring water to a boil and drop in ravioli cook two to three minuts until they float In a sauce pan heat up olive oil over medium heat, add garlic, chilies saute 2 minutes add raddicio and green onion saute another minute toss in raviolis and serve… Enjoy
