1 each Eight ounce Chicken Breast 1each Shrimp peeled and deveined 6 each Baby Spinach Leaves 2 oz Feta Cheese 1 each Sundried Tomato julienned tt Kosher Salt tt Black Pepper

Method

Butterfly and lightly pound the chicken breast. Place all ingredients on the chicken breast. Roll the chicken breast tightly, top wit a little oil, then roll in plastic wrap and twist the ends. Bake in the oven in the foil until a minimum internal temperature of 165F.
