My Daughter’s PLace at Brookview Inn Canadensis

6 oz. chicken sliced into medallions 1 egg


dip chicken in egg and then flour

add salt and pepper

1 1/2 tbl. butter

1 lemon juice

1/2 lemon

white wine 2-3 oz.

4 oz. chicken stalk

1 artichoke heart quartered

1 mushroom sliced

3 asparagus

5 olives

1 tbs. capers

add chicken stalk to skillet

brown chicken add sliced mushrooms

add wine

add asparagus

add olives

add capers

add more chicken stalk and sautee until chicken is done.
