Cakes and Scones Bakery Gingerbread Cookies

Gingerbread Cookies

2/34 cup flour

1 tsp ground ginger

3/4 tsp. baking soda

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground clove

1/2 cup butter softened

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup unsulfered molasses

1 egg

Cream butter sugar and molasses. Add egg. Mix dry ingredients together. Add to wet.

Chill dough before rolling out.

Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
