The Frackville Dutch Kitchen Restaurant Trout Recipe

Lightly coat two baking pans with pure olive oil to add flavor and prevent sticking.

Place trout filets on each pan

Season one filet lightly with dehydrated lemon pepper.

Season the second filet with a mix of lemon basil & thyme.

Bake for 15 minutes in a 350-degree oven

Place under broiler for two minutes to brown the surface.

Serve with wild rice, corn bread or green bean bacon mix.
