Babunya’s Gourmet Chicken with Beer and Rice Recipe

1 -1/2 pound of chicken thighs with skin and bone

1/4 package of bacon

1/2 cup of raisins

1/2 cup of beer

1 tablespoon of sugar

Olive oil enough to cover oven pan bottom

Babunya’s Gourmet Spice, original flavor

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Wash chicken thighs in cold water, pat dry with paper towel Season chicken with a fair amount of Babunya’s gourmet spice original. Set aside. Coat pan with olive oil. Add chicken to pan withskin sid up. Set aside. Site raisins, beer and sugar. Set aside. Add slice of uncooked bacon to each piece of chicken. With a large spoon scoop up raisins and distribute evenly over chicken. Pour remaining mix over chicken. Cover with aluminum foil. Put in oven for one hour. Uncover to allow liquid to evaporate and chicken to brown.
