Apple Crisp

6 or 7 large apples
Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Cinnamon
Maple sugar
Loaf organic sprouted flour bread
1 1/2 cup of liquid yogurt
sprouted flour
organic butter
pure male syrup16 oz sour cream
In bowl, peel apples and slice into quarters or eighths.
Squeeze in fresh lemon juice
Mix in cinnamon and maple sugar and toss to coat.
Take loaf of organic sprouted flour bread. Pull apart bread into large pieces. Put bread pieces and yogurt into bowl with apple mixture and toss. Put mixture into regular loaf pan.
Mix 1/3 cup maple sugar, approx. 1/2 cup sprouted flour and one stick of organic butter in a small bowl and spoon over apples for crunchy topping.
Put in 350 degree oven and bake for 40 minutes.
Essential Whipped Creammix pure maple syrup with 16 oz sour cream.
Warm Cranberry Juice
Dilute pure cranberry juice with spring water and pure maple syrup. Heat in pot. Serve warm.
