Temporary Fix Cooling Tamaqua Seniors

There is a temporary fix in place at a high rise in Tamaqua after the air conditioning units stopped working.

A massive air conditioning unit is now being used to cool the apartments of some 130 people who live there, many of whom are seniors.

Earlier this month the building’s air condition broke, making for dangerous conditions for some of the residents.

A permanent fix is expected to be brought in next month.
